After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be shipped. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please track your order until delivery.

Unfortunately, we can not modify or cancel an order after it has been placed. Please ensure all order details are accurate.

Products returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund, minus a return shipping fee of $10 USD per package. The refund will be issued in the original payment method. We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for another size, color or item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Start your return online: print the pre-paid shipping label, and bring your item to the carrier listed on the label. You will receive an email when your return is received, and your refund has been processed. You will receive a refund of the same amount you paid, in the currency you paid, other than any shipping cost, when you purchased the eligible item from our Site.

All returns are charged a $10 USD return and handling fee.
